Trainer Peter Snowden expresses caution regarding Beadman's upcoming race
Trainer Peter Snowden remains optimistic about the performance of Everest hopeful Beadman. However, he has expressed concerns regarding a wide draw and a 13-meter rail at the upcoming Caulfield race.

“He just needs to get clear air in the straight. He was bottled up and always had horses around him, but I didn’t think his run was too bad. He will run in the Premiere as well and more than likely the Sydney Stakes.”
At Rosehill on Saturday, Snowden has filly Oh Yes She Did ($15) in the Heritage Stakes (1100m). She was seventh last start in the group 2 Furious Stakes (1200m).
“I thought it was OK, it was at a high level,” he said.
“She’s only had a few starts and she hasn’t learned to be tough yet, so that’s why I brought her back in trip. Then she’ll have a break after Saturday and we’ll head towards the autumn. She should be more seasoned by then.
“She’s got the talent, she’s just got to finish off her races better.”
Meanwhile, he said The Machine Gun was set to resume in the Roman Consul Stakes on October 10.
