Police are calling for anyone who used the second-floor female toilets at Myer in Forrest Chase on Sunday, September 20, to contact them after a 21-year-old man was charged with filming a woman inside a toilet stall in a nearby burger store.

The man allegedly entered the burger shop’s toilets about 5.30pm that day and used his mobile phone to film a woman inside one of the cubicles.

But the woman followed him out of the toilets and into the mall before the 21-year-old left the area, a WA Police spokesperson said.

After the woman went to police, the man was quickly identified and arrested, however a review of CCTV footage suggested he also entered the women’s toilets inside Myer, on the second floor of the building.

Detectives believe he was in the area between 3.45pm and 5pm on Sunday, September 20.
