Man charged with murder after body found in Logan unit

Police discovered the body on a welfare check at the Woodridge home on North Road about 7am.
The 32-year-old accused was arrested at Beenleigh about 8pm and is due to face Beenleigh Magistrates Court today.
Speaking on Tuesday before the arrest, Detective Inspector Ian Glapin said it was still unclear what had happened.
"At this point in time the investigation is in its very early stages and we are keeping an open mind," he said.
"We are also speaking with a number of people who may be able to assist with the investigation."
Detective Inspector Glapin said police were looking at what went on between 4pm Monday and 8am Tuesday, shortly after the body was found.
"If anyone saw anything suspicious or has any information that may be relevant to the investigation, we would really appreciate if they could contact police," he said.
